Carestream Dental recently launched the Neo edition of its CS 8200 3D technology, which the company said improves ease of use for dental professionals.
The Neo edition includes 2D panoramic imaging, cone-beam computed tomography imaging, 3D object scanning, and optional cephalometric imaging, the company said. Up to nine selectable fields of view are available ranging from 4 cm x 4 cm to 12 cm x 10 cm. It also has an additional field of view, including 10 cm x 5 cm and 10 cm x 10 cm.
The edition's EndoHD mode also gives scans of 75 µm and can capture full arch images for endodontic scans, Carestream said.
