Darby Dental to acquire SmartPractice's dental supply division

Darby Dental Supply has entered into an agreement to acquire the dental supply division of SmartPractice.

SmartPractice serves dental, veterinary, dermatology, allergy, and healthcare practitioners with practice marketing, exam gloves, and medical supplies. With the acquisition, Darby customers will gain access to SmartPractice's premier line of gloves.

Darby expects the acquisition to be completed in May 2018. The purchase price was not disclosed.
