3Shape has introduced Unite 3rd Generation, enabling dental professionals to access and manage digital impressions and patient cases from mobile, tablet, and web-based devices.
With Unite 3rd Generation, users can download the 3Shape Unite Cloud app, which allows professionals to manage cases and scans in the cloud, track case progress, and communicate with labs from any device. Dentists can add photos and notes to patient cases from their mobile devices (Android, iOS), according to 3Shape.
The platform meets HIPAA and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements. It is International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 certified for security, ensuring encrypted storage and transmission of patient data.
