Dental service organization (DSO) Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has named James Nick as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Nick previously served as DCA’s chief revenue officer. In the position, he will oversee multiple support functions, including operations, marketing, analytics, and insurance contracting and management. Currently, DCA supports more than 400 practices in 23 states.
