Delta Dental of Tennessee has promoted Jeff Ballard to a new position as executive vice president.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Ballard was chief financial officer at Magazines.com for 10 years. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
