Michael Turner has been named CEO of 1-800-DENTIST, following a three-year tenure as the company's president.
Turner succeeds Gregg Coccari, who retired this year after leading the company to record growth and profitability, 1-800-DENTIST noted in a press release.
Under Turner's leadership, the company has expanded its offerings to include products for social media, dental websites, online reputation, dormant patient reactivation, and patient communication.
Turner joined the company in 2010 with an extensive background in building successful Internet business into multiple high-profile companies, including five years as chief marketing officer at LegalZoom.com.
