Dental service organization (DSO) Heartland Dental has appointed Tamra Kempf as its senior vice president and permanent general counsel.
Kempf, who previously served as interim general counsel, has been part of the DSO’s legal team since 2016. In her position, Kempf will lead the legal, compliance, and government affairs teams.
In December 2023, Heartland Dental was ranked the largest DSO in the U.S. in DrBicuspid's list of top 10 DSOs for the second half of the year.
