Systems = Success
Many dentists will experience some degree of success operating their practice without step-by-step systems. However, they run the substantial risk of operating highly stressed practices that do not achieve maximum profitability and could lead to a decline. The lack of systems causes many doctors to retire years later than planned.
Document systems step-by-step. If dentists want to reach their true potential, they can't expect outdated systems to drive practice performance. Implementing updated step-by-step systems is the most effective way for dentists not only to jumpstart practice growth, but also increase their revenue over 20 years by $3 million to $6 million.
Don't just tweak systems. Temporary fixes only last ... temporarily. The most successful practices redesign their systems every three to five years. Why? Because dentistry is in a state of constant change. If you don't update your systems every few years, your practice will have difficulty succeeding in a changing profession.
