A-dec donated a $1 million endowment to the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation to establish the A-dec Scholarship Fund, a permanent fund providing annual scholarships for dental and dental hygiene students.
The foundation described the gift as one of the largest individual contributions to its scholarship initiatives to date.
Scholarships will be awarded to students demonstrating leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to expanding oral healthcare access for underserved populations.
"This generous endowment will support future dental and dental hygiene professionals dedicated to ensuring access to care for those who need it most," said Jackie Michaels, managing director of the foundation.
