Medidenta has acquired the Ferguson Mini 8KS accessories business from Dr. Rick Ferguson.
The acquisition aims to strengthen Medidenta’s role in the 3D-printing market and expand affordable digital dentistry solutions. Medidenta will now handle manufacturing and fulfillment. Dr. Ferguson will continue to provide support, with full-scale production beginning in six to eight weeks.
