3Shape has received a jury verdict of guilty from the Western District of Texas in a patent case between it and Densys. A final decision has not yet been rendered by the federal district court.
Densys brought the suit against 3Shape in November 2019 alleging patent infringement on its intraoral imaging technology, 3Shape said. The patent in question has expired, according to 3Shape, which is preparing an appeal.
