A dentist in Utah has been accused of taking a teenager to his dental office, giving her nitrous oxide, and engaging in unlawful sexual conduct, according to a story published on September 3 on abc4.com.
Dr. Benjamin Wilson, 48, who works at Mountain High Family Dental in Park City, UT, has been charged with distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, furnishing an alcoholic product to a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Wilson was charged on September 3, but he had not yet been arrested. A judge needed to sign his arrest warrant, according to the story.
In June, the 16-year-old girl traveled with Wilson to Park City, where he allegedly gave her the stimulant and hallucinogenic MDMA, marijuana, and magic mushrooms, according to the story.
Also, the minor reported to authorities that Wilson allegedly brought her to his dental office and gave her nitrous oxide. Additionally, his alleged victim claimed that Wilson provided her with alcohol and later that day asked her to measure his genitals in exchange for more drugs, according to the story.
The teenager told police that she reportedly touched him in a sexual manner while she measured him, according to the story.
It is not clear how Wilson and the teenager met.
Wilson earned his dental degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, according to the dental practice website.
The dentist spends his free time e-skating and painting. He has three children, according to the practice's website.
