3Shape has settled its patent infringement and antitrust legal disputes with Align Technology.
The settlement terms are confidential. However, Align will continue its current practice of accepting scans from 3Shape's Trios 2 and Trios 3 intraoral scanners in certain jurisdictions outside the U.S., according to 3Shape.
