Bates has been an active Salt Dental board member since its inception in 2019. Previously, he served with ATI Physical Therapy.

In other news, the DSO announced the relocation of its home support office from Bend, OR, to Scottsdale, AZ. Salt Dental Collaborative has affiliated pediatric dentistry and orthodontics practices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and California.
