Catalyst

Catalyst is a 1.5-day course featuring a combination of instructor presentations and small-group breakout exercises using actual data from the attendees' practice and market. This course helps attendees identify the technological, insurance, patient, and competitive changes taking place in dentistry and their impact on the attendees' practices today. Attendees will receive an overview of common leadership, management, and human interaction deficiencies that Progressive Dental has seen over the past eight years.
