Medit celebrates 20th anniversary, names new CEO

3D dental scanning provider Medit has appointed a new chief executive officer (CEO) amidst its 20th anniversary celebration.

GB (Gyu Bum) Ko was named the new CEO and he will be responsible for accelerating the company's growth strategy in the dental clinics and labs market. His position is effective June 2020.

Following this appointment, founder Minho Chang will focus on his role as a board member.

In other news, Medit plans to unveil a new software update that improves the capabilities of its Medit i500 intraoral scanner and Medit T-Series dental lab scanners later this year.
