SuccessEHS, a maker of electronic dental record and dental imaging products, has acquired Integrated Physician Systems (IPS), a provider of revenue cycle management, business services, and strategic advisory and consulting services.
IPS will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of SuccessEHS, which has retained the company's Orlando, FL, offices and all employees and management. Prior to the acquisition, the two companies maintained a partnership of more than 10 years, and for more than two years SuccessEHS has held minority ownership of IPS.
