St. Thomas University (STU) in Florida and the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) have partnered to expand educational opportunities for dental hygienists.
ADHA members will receive preferred tuition rates for eligible STU programs. The partnership aims to address a shortage of advanced degree options in the field.
As part of the collaboration, STU and ADHA are exploring what could become the first PhD in dental hygiene in the U.S., with a focus on leadership, education, and research.
