The Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) announced its 2026-2027 board of directors and officers.

New DANB board comprises the following individuals:

  • Sandra Garcia Young, CDA, RDA, chair
  • Tanya Dorf Brunner, MS, chair-elect
  • Kerri Friel, CDA, RDH, secretary-treasurer
  • Dr. Barbara Mousel, CDA, RDH
  • Stephanie Bustos, CDA, RDA

  • Dr. Kishan Patel, CDA
  • Kimberly Plate, CDA
  • Janée Tamayo, CDA
