Dental supply manufacturer Young Innovations has acquired Germiphene.

Germiphene is a manufacturer and supplier of infection-control products and dental materials and is based in Brantford, Ontario. Leslie Drake, CEO of Germiphene, will continue in her role, according to Young Innovations.

The transaction price was not disclosed.
