"Let's face it, folks, dentistry is expensive, and when your patients are asking you to provide them with a dental procedure, what they're really receiving is a solution to a problem.

"So when you can communicate, 'Hey, you have a crack in your tooth,' and show the patient the picture, they can immediately say, 'What do I need to do to fix that? How can I make that better?' And you can deliver the solution that they need.

"This is not a sales meeting. This is an opportunity for the patient to get the solution that's right for them to the problems that they have.

"Now let's get back to work."
