AADR: Obama stints on dental research

U.S. President Barack Obama's proposed budget doesn't adequately fund dental research, according to the American Association for Dental Research (AADR). The president has proposed a 3.5% increase to $32.1 billion in the overall budget of the National Institutes of Health, but some of the institutes would get more money than others, with the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research only slated for a 2.5% raise to $423.5 million, the organization said.
