Membersy raises $66M, names new board members

Digital health firm Membersy has raised $66 million in investments and appointed new board members.

The money will be used to fund new products and services aimed at helping dental service organizations (DSOs) provide greater price transparency through membership programs.

In other news, the firm has added the following board members:

  • Dr. Chad Wise, former founding partner at DSO North American Dental Group
  • Keith English, former CEO of LocalMed
  • Jeff Haywood, managing director at Spectrum Equity
