New workflows from SprintRay expand chairside production

Dental 3D printer SprintRay previewed multiple new workflows at the 2026 Chicago Midwinter Meeting LMT Lab Day.

New 3D restoration workflows for the Midas platform create multiple crowns, inlays/onlays, veneers, and temporary restorations in a single visit, SprintRay said. Midas Multi-Unit Capsules have triple the build area of existing capsules and will be available with these existing SprintRay materials:

  • OnX Tough 2
  • Digital Temp
  • Ceramic Crown
  • Crown HT

New Pro 2 enhanced materials now allow for single-visit preventive, surgical, and orthodontic workflows while the SportsGuard athletic mouthguard resin offers biocompatibility and high performance, SprintRay said.

SprintRay anticipates fulfilling orders in spring 2026 pending regulatory approval. Backing the product launches, the SprintRay Midas World Tour, partnering with the MOD Institute, kicks off in March 2026 with hands-on education events for clinicians.
