Dental service organization (DSO) Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) has partnered with artificial intelligence-powered dental insurance administration platform Lightspun.
SDB teamed up with Lightspun to automate its provider onboarding and credentialing across its network of 300 affiliated practices in 25 states. Lightspun's AI automation cuts provider onboarding from nearly 12 weeks to under two weeks, according to the company.
