The Aspen Group (TAG) has named Miguel Oliveira as its senior vice president of omnichannel experience.
In his new role, Oliveira will bring together key parts of the consumer journey across digital, mobile, call center, and customer relationship management with an initial focus on Aspen Dental and ClearChoice.
Oliveira has more than 25 years of experience, most recently working for Hyatt.
