Aria Care Partners has acquired Coronado Dental, an Arizona-based provider of mobile dental care to nursing facilities in Phoenix and Tucson.
Coronado's client-facing staff will be retained. Existing facilities will gain access to expanded dental benefits as well as Aria's vision, hearing, and podiatry services. The deal marks Aria's entry into Arizona and follows recent acquisitions of Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision, and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry in the Southeast.
