Jennifer L. Davis has been named Align Technology’s president and CEO, effective December 31, 2026.
Davis succeeds Joseph M. Hogan, who has served as president and CEO since 2015. Hogan will retire as a member of the board of directors after its strategy meeting, which is scheduled for June 16, 2027.
Davis, who has 33 years of experience leading innovation, digital transformation, brand building and complex organizations at scale, most recently served as CEO of Procter & Gamble’s global healthcare business.
