360training.com has acquired the trademarks, licensing rights, and intellectual property assets of National Dental Network (NDN) and National Laboratory Network (NLN), the company announced in a press release. Terms were not disclosed.
NDN and its subsidiary NLN produce dental industry training and educational videos, while 360training.com provides compliance and workforce e-learning solutions.
The acquisition will allow 360training.com to enhance its dental continuing education offerings with premium content and expanded delivery modes to include DVD and Web-based streaming video, the company said.
