MaxAssist, Wisdom partner to help practices fill schedules, capture revenue

MaxAssist, a patient engagement and productivity platform, has announced a partnership with Wisdom, an outsourced dental billing services provider, to offer dental practices a more complete operational solution.

MaxAssist helps practices identify missed revenue opportunities -- unscheduled treatment, overdue hygiene, and last-minute schedule openings -- while Wisdom assumes insurance verification, claims management, and revenue cycle management.

As part of the partnership, MaxAssist customers will receive preferred rates for Wisdom's insurance verification and billing services.

"Dental teams are stretched thin, and too often they're forced to choose between keeping the schedule full and keeping up with everything else," said Lorie Streeter, vice president of U.S. expansion at MaxAssist.
