In an article posted Aug. 11, "Anticoagulants OK with some surgery, experts say," we misstated the advice of Eric Carlson, D.M.D., M.D. The corrected article now reads, "He agreed that dentists could keep patients on anticoagulants for minor surgery, but not for major surgery such as he often does on patients' necks."
