Dental service organizations (DSOs) Gen4 Dental Partners and Modis Dental Partners have merged with DSO SGA Dental Partners.
The merger is backed by Thurston Group, a private equity firm, which serves more than 250 practice locations and more than 500 dentists across 26 states.
The new DSO will operate under the SGA Dental Partners banner. Jordan DiNola will serve as the chief executive officer, Dr. Kyle Hollis will serve as the chief clinical officer, and Myles McAllister will serve as the chief operating officer. In addition, key leaders from Gen4 and Modis will join the DSO, according to the Thurston Group.
