Dentalcorp, one of the largest networks of dental practices in Canada, has entered the U.S. market with an acquisition in Florida.
Dentalcorp acquired Northstar Dental Partners in Boca Rotan, FL, which includes 21 dental practices. Northstar’s Founder and CEO Dr. Jordan Tomalty will retain an ownership position in the business. With this deal, Dentalcorp now has 650 supported practices across North America.
