United Concordia Dental has named Dr. Candace Gama as its director of dental clinical review and auditing.
In the role, Gama will oversee dental claims accuracy and medical necessity, lead clinical audits, develop auditing protocols, and support the clinical review team with training and decision support. Also, she will contribute to dental AI integration.
Previously, Gama served as a clinical review auditor at United Concordia and held a leadership role in dental claims review and AI integration at Guardian Life.
