Vyne has sold Vyne Medical to clinical data management platform MRO with the intention of focusing on its dental business.
The company stated that the transaction will allow it to focus and concentrate its leadership, capital, and product investment on Vyne Dental, its end-to-end revenue cycle management platform.
Details of the sale were not disclosed.
