Henry Schein has named Emmanuel Caprais as its senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective November 4.
Caprais will replace Ronald South, who will transition into a senior advisory role, effective November 4. Until the transition is complete, Caprais will serve as senior financial adviser, beginning October 12.
From 2020 to May 2026, Caprais served as CFO of ITT.
