Henry Schein CEO Stanley Bergman will retire at the end of 2025 after 45 years with the company, including over 35 years as its CEO.
Bergman will stay on as chairman while a formal search for his successor is underway.
He helped transform Henry Schein into a global leader in dental and medical distribution, dental software, and specialty products while also advancing public health efforts and growing higher-margin businesses, according to the company.
