Ultradent acquires diode laser firm

Dental materials manufacturer Ultradent has acquired Azena Medical, developer of the Gemini line of soft-tissue diode lasers.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Azena’s leadership and engineering teams will continue under Ultradent.
