"Do you want to make both your patients and your team happy? Start focusing more on same-day treatment.
"Now, this doesn't just mean throwing things in an already busy schedule. This means starting the day with a plan for where you have opportunities to do same-day treatment and when recommendations come up. For example, in the hygiene department, you turn to your team and you say, 'Do it!'
"Your case acceptance is going to go way up, because if you schedule anything more than a week out, case acceptance drops significantly. People find better things to do.
"So my friends, start doing a little bit of same-day dentistry as your schedule allows. Now let's get back to work."
