Dental practice managers looking to strengthen their leadership skills and increase their impact within their organizations have a new opportunity beginning this summer.
The Practice Manager's Playbook begins on Thursday, July 16, 2026.My Dental SOP.
"The Practice Manager's Playbook," a three-month live cohort program, is designed specifically for practice managers seeking to develop stronger leadership, communication, operations, and compliance skills. Laura Johnston of My Dental SOP will lead the program in partnership with Stacey Peters and Duane Tinker.
Participants will take part in live Zoom sessions held every other Thursday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. EDT beginning Thursday, July 16. The cohort is limited to 20 participants, allowing for a more interactive learning experience and personalized instruction, My Dental SOp said.
Throughout the program, attendees will focus on practical strategies that can be implemented immediately in their practices. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a Certificate in Practice Management.
