Dental artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Overjet has raised $53 million in series C funding to expand its AI platform and ultimately create a unified standard for dental providers and payers.
The round, which was led by multiple venture capital firms and the ADA, brings Overjet’s total funding to approximately $133 million and increases the company's valuation to $550 million, according to Overjet.
Overjet’s platform uses dental x-rays to help dentists detect, outline, and quantify instances of oral diseases.
