DentScribe has launched Treatment Coordinator Notes, an agentic AI workflow that captures and structures post-appointment conversations between patients and front-desk staff. The tool organizes those discussions into categorized internal notes covering treatment plan review, finances, scheduling, patient objections, and follow-up actions.
Notes extends DentScribe's existing platform, which includes AI-generated SOAP (subjective, objective, assessment, plan) notes, a chairside checklist tool, and a daily production brief. The workflow is available for general practices, specialty offices, and dental service organizations.
