Correction

In the Editor's Note in the November 1 Letter from the Editor, we inadvertently hailed Carlsbad, CA, as the first city in the U.S. to call for a ban on dental amalgam. As the story correctly states, Costa Mesa, CA, is actually the first city to call for this ban.
