Aspen Dental is hosting its first virtual VIBE session on November 7 at 11:30 a.m. EST to connect dentists with career opportunities.
The session aims to match fourth-year dental students, recent dental graduates, and general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontic residents with Aspen Dental practice owners who are looking to hire.
This recruiting opportunity comes at an important time, with the dental service organization expanding across the U.S. It will have 55 new locations by December 2020, and more are scheduled for 2021, according to the company. Additionally, Aspen said that every dentist candidate who participates in VIBE, schedules an interview, and accepts a job offer will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
