Henry Schein’s board of directors has elected William K. Daniel as the independent chairman of the board, effective May 21.
Daniel succeeds Stanley Bergman, who retired from the board following 44 years as company director and was named chairman emeritus.
In May 2025, Daniel joined Schein’s board. Previously, he served for 14 years as executive vice president at Danaher, where he oversaw multiple business segments, including its dental portfolio.
