Kimber Cobb, RDH.
The American Association of Dental Boards (AADB) has appointed Kimber Cobb, RDH, as its new executive director.
Previously serving in an interim role, Cobb has played a key role in developing the Interstate Dental & Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact, which aims to streamline interstate licensing while upholding patient safety and state oversight.
Her appointment comes as the compact gains momentum, which recently passed in Louisiana and is under review in other states.
