Dentsply Sirona sells Futuredontics

Dentsply Sirona has announced the sale of dental marketing services and software company Futuredontics to investment firm Congdon Street.

Futuredontics is the parent company of 1-800-DENTIST. Congdon Street is majority owned by Fred Joyal, who cofounded 1-800-DENTIST in 1986.

The transaction price was not disclosed.
