"Yes, thank you so much for calling. I'll see you soon. Bye bye.
"You know, in this modern day and age, we have many options when it comes to answering phone calls at the practice. But the first and best is always going to be a human -- the people in your practice that know your patients and can speak with empathy and really understand the workings of the office. They're always going to give your patient on the other end of the phone the best experience.
"But when you're not in the office or it's on the weekend or after hours, a virtual assistant is now an option, where somebody in another part of the country is answering the phone on your behalf, or in this modern age, an AI assistant, so a virtual assistant that could answer a phone call any time of the day, any day of the week.
"Before you fall in love with this fancy new technology, be sure you have a chance to experience it. You really want that experience to reflect your practice, and you don't want to do it just because it's the latest and greatest thing. Remember, the phone is the pathway to the back of your office, and you want to make sure that every call gets answered in the best way possible.
"Now, let's get back to work."
