Elevate Oral Care has launched Allday Oral Moisturizing Rinse, a new addition to its existing line of dry mouth products that includes a spray, a gel and two prescription-strength fluoride toothpastes.
The rinse is formulated to address xerostomia -- dry mouth -- a condition affecting millions of patients that can cause discomfort, difficulty speaking and eating, and increased risk of caries and other oral health complications. Like the rest of the Allday product line, the rinse is saturated with up to 44% xylitol and manufactured to a neutral pH of approximately 7.0, a formulation the company says is designed to restore oral moisture and support a healthy oral environment.
