United Concordia has enhanced its Find a Dentist Web site search tool to enable users to not only locate a United Concordia network dentist but obtain driving directions from any street address.
Other new features allow users to:
- Search by practice, dentist name, county, city, ZIP code, or street address.
- Sort search results by name, distance, or specialty.
- Compare dentists' attributes, such as languages spoken, gender, ages treated, and more.
"While the previous version enabled members to search for dentists and obtain directions to dental offices, the improvements to Find a Dentist capitalize on advancing technology to provide members with even more specific 'street-to-street' directions from any location to a network dentist's office," said Chip Merkel, United Concordia's senior vice president and chief marketing officer, in a press release. "In addition, the new sorting and comparison capabilities offer members the information they need to conveniently choose a network dentist."
